टेक्स्ट को टेबल में बदलें

जब आप Google Docs™, Google Slides™, या Google Sheets™ में चुने गए टेक्स्ट को टेबल में बदलना चाहते हैं, तब Text to Table का उपयोग करें।

यह CSV-स्टाइल टेक्स्ट, Markdown tables, mixed Markdown content, और copied notes या email content जैसे बिखरे हुए टेक्स्ट के साथ काम करता है। आप परिणाम को तुरंत insert कर सकते हैं या पहले उसे Table Editor में खोल सकते हैं।

आप क्या कर सकते हैं

• कॉमा, टैब, सेमीकोलन, पाइप, या इसी तरह के separators वाले structured text को convert करें।
• Markdown tables को editable tables में बदलें।
• headings, lists, और tables वाले mixed Markdown content को convert करें।
• unstructured text को rows और columns में व्यवस्थित करें, और ज़रूरत पड़ने पर AI अपने-आप उपयोग हो।
• Standard Insert और Open in Table Editor के बीच चुनें।
• बिना टेक्स्ट चुने भी नई table शुरू करें।

जल्दी शुरू करें

1. जिस टेक्स्ट को बदलना है, उसे चुनें।
2. Extensions > Text To Table Converter > Selected Text to Table खोलें, या sidebar में Convert & Format > Selected Text To Table का उपयोग करें।
3. चुनें कि परिणाम कैसे खुले:
   • Sidebar primary button: Standard Insert
   • Sidebar caret (▼): Open in Table Editor
   • Extensions menu: आपके saved output mode का पालन करता है
4. परिणाम देखें:
   • Standard Insert टेबल को तुरंत insert करता है।
   • Open in Table Editor परिणाम को editor में लोड करता है ताकि आप Apply क्लिक करने से पहले उसे देख सकें।

संकेत

अगर टेक्स्ट बिखरा हुआ या असंगत हो, तो add-on सामग्री को rows और columns में व्यवस्थित करने के लिए AI का अपने-आप उपयोग कर सकता है।
