Image to Table

जब आप screenshot, scan, photo, या PDF page को Google Workspace™ के अंदर editable format में बदलना चाहते हैं, तब Image to Table का उपयोग करें।

Extensions > Text To Table Converter > Selected Image to Table खोलें, या sidebar path Convert & Format > Selected Image to Table का उपयोग करें। वही Image to Table window अब एक file या कई files को एक shared queue में संभालती है।

अलग single और batch tools की जगह अब इस feature में तीन extraction modes हैं:

• Table visible rows और columns को editable table के रूप में rebuild करता है।
• Full page सिर्फ table न हो तो broader page content extract करता है।
• Documents structured business या administrative documents को Google Sheets™ में spreadsheet rows में बदलता है।

Supported context में आप current selection से files load कर सकते हैं, computer से upload कर सकते हैं, image paste कर सकते हैं, या Google Drive™ से files चुन सकते हैं। अगर source PDF है, तो extract करने से पहले आप सिर्फ वही pages चुन सकते हैं जिनकी आपको ज़रूरत है।

इस feature का उपयोग report screenshot को rebuild करने, scanned PDF page को extract करने, या receipts, invoices, और bills of lading को sheet rows में बदलने जैसे कामों के लिए करें।

Table और Full Modes Visible tables या broader page content के लिए मुख्य Image to Table workflow का उपयोग करें।

Queue और PDF Pages Shared queue में एक या कई images या selected PDF pages process करें।

Google Sheets में Documents Invoices, receipts, forms, और similar documents को sheet rows में extract करें।
