Image to Table

Google Docs™, Google Slides™ और Google Sheets™ में images और PDF pages को editable tables, page content या structured spreadsheet rows में बदलें।

जब आप किसी screenshot, scan, photo या PDF page को Google Workspace™ के अंदर editable रूप में बदलना चाहें, तब Image to Table इस्तेमाल करें।

Note: Image to Table एक premium feature है, और हर extraction AI भी इस्तेमाल करता है। Free plan में हर 30 दिन में 20 premium uses और 25 AI requests मिलते हैं। अगर queue के बीच में आपकी AI requests खत्म हो जाएं, तो queue रुक जाती है, पूरे हो चुके items रखती है और upgrade prompt दिखाती है। Pro दोनों सीमाएं हटा देता है।

Sidebar में Tables & Convert > Image to Table खोलें। आप Extensions > Text To Table Converter > Selected Image to Table भी इस्तेमाल कर सकते हैं। वही Image to Table window अब एक queue में एक फ़ाइल या कई फ़ाइलें संभालती है।

अलग single और batch tools के बजाय यह feature आपको तीन extraction modes देता है:

  • Table दिखाई देने वाली rows और columns को editable table के रूप में दोबारा बनाता है।
  • Full तब ज़्यादा व्यापक page content निकालता है जब page सिर्फ़ table नहीं है।
  • Documents structured business या administrative documents को Google Sheets™ में spreadsheet rows में बदलता है। Sheets में यह डिफ़ॉल्ट mode है।

जहां समर्थित हो वहां आप मौजूदा selection से फ़ाइलें लोड कर सकते हैं, अपने कंप्यूटर से upload कर सकते हैं, image paste कर सकते हैं, या Google Drive™ से फ़ाइलें चुन सकते हैं। अगर स्रोत PDF है, तो extract करने से पहले आप सिर्फ़ मनचाहे pages चुन सकते हैं।

Google Forms™ में Extensions > Text To Table Converter > PDF & Image Tools > Extract Content from PDF or Image खोलें। Forms में tables नहीं होतीं, इसलिए वहां सिर्फ़ Full mode उपलब्ध है।

इस feature का इस्तेमाल ऐसे कामों के लिए करें जैसे screenshot से report दोबारा बनाना, scan किया हुआ PDF page extract करना, या receipts, invoices और bills of lading को sheet की rows में बदलना।

  • Table and Full Modes - दिखाई देने वाली tables या ज़्यादा व्यापक page content के लिए मुख्य Image to Table workflow इस्तेमाल करें।
  • Queue, Batches, and PDF Pages - साझा queue में एक या ज़्यादा images या चुने हुए PDF pages process करें।
