Queue और PDF Pages

Shared Image to Table queue का उपयोग करके एक या कई images या selected PDF pages को एक ही run में process करें।

Queue, Image to Table का मुख्य workflow है। इसका उपयोग तब करें जब आप एक file, कई images, या PDF की selected pages को बार-बार शुरू किए बिना process करना चाहते हों।

Extensions > Text To Table Converter > Selected Image to Table खोलें, या sidebar path Convert & Format > Selected Image to Table का उपयोग करें।

आप क्या कर सकते हैं

  • अलग-अलग sources से queue बनाना: Uploads, pasted images, Google Drive™ files, supported selected images, और PDF pages जोड़ें।
  • सिर्फ ज़रूरी pages चुनना: PDFs में पूरे file को process करने की जगह useful pages चुनें।
  • Extract से पहले queue manage करना: Items को reorder करें, remove करें, clear करें, या retry करें।
  • सब कुछ साथ में process करना: पूरी queue को Table, Full, या Documents में चलाएँ।
  • Table results को Table Editor में खोलना: Table mode में successful extracted tables को एक editor session में भेजें।

Quick Start

  1. Selected Image to Table खोलें।
  2. Queue में एक या कई images या PDF pages जोड़ें।
  3. Table, Full, या Documents चुनें।
  4. Queue order देखें और जो process नहीं करना चाहते उन्हें हटा दें।
  5. Extract All चलाएँ, या Table mode में editor handoff का उपयोग करें।

Queue में files जोड़ें

  • Images: Screenshots, scans, या photos सीधे जोड़ें।
  • PDF pages: सिर्फ वही pages चुनें जिनमें useful content हो।
  • Clipboard images: Copied image को modal में paste करें।
  • Google Drive™ files: पहले download किए बिना images या PDFs load करें।

Queue manage करें

  • Reorder करें जब output order महत्वपूर्ण हो।
  • Remove करें जब कोई item अब process नहीं करना हो।
  • Clear all करें जब आपको शुरुआत से शुरू करना हो।
  • Retry failed करें जब सिर्फ कुछ items को फिर से चलाना हो।

Note: Queue एक समय में अधिकतम 10 items support करती है।

PDF page workflows

जब file में सिर्फ कुछ relevant pages हों, तब PDF page selection का उपयोग करें।

  1. PDF file जोड़ें।
  2. ज़रूरी page या pages चुनें।
  3. उन pages को queue में जोड़ें।
  4. अपने goal के अनुसार mode चुनकर extraction चलाएँ।

यह invoices, receipts, shipping paperwork, transcripts, और long reports के लिए अच्छा काम करता है जहाँ सिर्फ कुछ pages relevant होते हैं।

Final action चुनें

Extract All

इसे तब उपयोग करें जब आप चाहते हैं कि queue सीधे process होकर results insert करे।

Extract All in Editor

इसे Table mode में तब उपयोग करें जब आप चाहते हैं कि extracted tables, insert करने से पहले cleanup के लिए Table Editor में साथ खुलें।

Tip: बड़ी queue चलाने से पहले एक representative item का preview देखें। इससे quality issues जल्दी पता चल जाते हैं, खासकर scans या mixed-source batches में।
