Table और Full Modes

जब source में rows और columns साफ़ दिखें, तब Image to Table का Table mode उपयोग करें। जब page में mixed content हो और आपको सिर्फ table से ज़्यादा चाहिए, तब Full उपयोग करें।

Extensions > Text To Table Converter > Selected Image to Table खोलें, या sidebar में Convert & Format > Selected Image to Table से यही feature शुरू करें।

आप क्या कर सकते हैं

• Images से tables rebuild करें: Screenshots, scans, photos, और PDF pages को editable tables में बदलें।
• Broader page content extract करें: जब page में headings, text blocks, या mixed layout content हो, तब Full उपयोग करें।
• Insert से पहले preview करें: Result insert करने से पहले active item check करें।
• Table Editor में tables साफ़ करें: Table mode में extracted tables को final insert से पहले Table Editor में खोलें।

Quick Start

1. Menu या sidebar से Selected Image to Table खोलें।
2. Current selection, upload, paste, या Google Drive™ से source load करें।
3. Table या Full चुनें।
4. ज़रूरत हो तो active item का preview देखें।
5. Result insert करें, या अगर table पहले साफ़ करनी है तो उसे Table Editor में खोलें।

संकेत

जब page पहले से table जैसा दिखता हो तब Table उपयोग करें। जब page में text blocks या mixed layout content हो जिसे rows और columns में force नहीं करना चाहिए, तब Full उपयोग करें।

Sources लोड करें

Docs और Slides में selected images

अगर Google Docs™ या Google Slides™ में supported image पहले से selected है, तो Image to Table उसी selection से सीधे शुरू हो सकता है।

1. अपने document या presentation में image select करें।
2. Extensions > Text To Table Converter > Selected Image to Table खोलें।
3. Loaded item देखें, Table या Full चुनें, और extraction चलाएँ।

Upload, Paste, या Drive

जब आप local file, copied screenshot, या Google Drive™ file से काम करना चाहते हैं, तब modal का उपयोग करें।

1. Selected Image to Table खोलें।
2. Image या PDF upload करें, image paste करें, या Google Drive™ से file चुनें।
3. अगर source PDF है, तो जिस page या pages की ज़रूरत है उन्हें चुनें।
4. Table या Full चुनें और preview या extraction जारी रखें।

टिप्पणी

Google Sheets™ selected embedded images से direct extraction support नहीं करता। Sheets™ में upload, paste, Google Drive™, या PDF page selection का उपयोग करें।

सही mode चुनें

Table

जब visible goal editable table हो, तब Table उपयोग करें।

• Spreadsheet screenshots, scanned reports, dashboards, और printed tables के लिए सबसे अच्छा
• जब row और column structure महत्वपूर्ण हो, तब सबसे अच्छा
• जब आप Table Editor में cleanup जारी रखना चाहते हों, तब सबसे अच्छा

Full

जब page में simple table से ज़्यादा content हो, तब Full उपयोग करें।

• Mixed page content के लिए सबसे अच्छा
• जब source में headings या text blocks हों, तब सबसे अच्छा
• जब सब कुछ grid में force करने से useful context खो जाए, तब सबसे अच्छा

बेहतर results के लिए tips

• साफ़ images उपयोग करें जिनमें text readable हो और contrast अच्छा हो।
• जब page में extra background या whitespace हो, तब important area crop करें।
• PDFs में सिर्फ वही pages चुनें जिनमें useful content हो।
• अगर source quality uneven हो, तो insert से पहले preview ज़रूर देखें।
