Mail Merge & Variables
Spreadsheet rows से Google Docs™ या Slides™ फ़ाइलें बनाएं, एक नतीजे का preview देखें, workflows सेव करें और Smart Variables दोबारा इस्तेमाल करें।
जब आप spreadsheet की rows को तैयार Google Docs™ या Google Slides™ फ़ाइलों में बदलना चाहें, तब Mail Merge & Variables इस्तेमाल करें।
यह feature Google Docs™, Google Slides™ और Google Sheets™ में उपलब्ध है। आप source spreadsheet चुन सकते हैं, add-on को template में मिले tags देख सकते हैं, पूरी run से पहले एक नतीजे का preview देख सकते हैं, दोबारा इस्तेमाल होने वाले workflows सेव कर सकते हैं, और ऐसे content के लिए Smart Variables जोड़ सकते हैं जो सीधे किसी source column से नहीं आता।
आप क्या कर सकते हैं#
- हर spreadsheet row के लिए एक document या presentation बनाना।
- मौजूदा Doc या Slides फ़ाइल को template के रूप में इस्तेमाल करना, या कोई दूसरा template चुनना।
- जब आपका data पहले से active spreadsheet में हो, तो Sheets से शुरू करना।
- Create all documents चलाने से पहले Create single document से एक output का preview देखना।
- बार-बार होने वाले कामों के लिए workflows सेव करना, दोबारा लोड करना और हटाना।
- totals या balances जैसे निकाले गए मानों के लिए calculated tags जोड़ना।
- तय text, images, तारीखों, फ़ाइल की जानकारी और AI से बने report text के लिए Smart Variables जोड़ना।
इसे कहां खोलें#
- Sidebar: More tools > Mail Merge & Variables, या Document Tools > Merge > Mail Merge & Variables
- Extensions menu:
Extensions>Text To Table Converter>Document Tools>Mail Merge & Variables...
Host के हिसाब से व्यवहार#
- Docs: मौजूदा document डिफ़ॉल्ट template है।
- Slides: मौजूदा presentation डिफ़ॉल्ट template है।
- Sheets: मौजूदा spreadsheet डिफ़ॉल्ट data source है, और आप Docs या Slides का template चुनते हैं।
Note: Smart Variables panel फ़िलहाल Docs और Slides में दिखता है। Sheets में आप अब भी mail merge चला सकते हैं, लेकिन Smart Variables panel अभी छिपा हुआ है।
