Use Text Case Transform to clean up inconsistent capitalization before sharing or exporting your sheet.

How to use Text Case Transform

1. Open the tool
   Extensions → Text To Table Converter → Mega Tools → Text Case Transform.

2. Select the scope
   Work on the current selection (recommended) or the active sheet.

3. Pick a transform

   • Smart Case: Sentence case with protections for acronyms and proper nouns
   • Sentence case
   • lowercase
   • UPPERCASE
   • Title Case (minor words can stay lowercase)

4. Preview and apply
   Use the inline preview (if available) to verify the transform, then click Apply to update the cells.

Astuce

Run a quick Undo in Google Sheets™ if you need to revert. For large ranges, start with a smaller selection to validate the transform first.
