1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using the Text To Table Converter website (https://www.texttotableconverter.com), the Text To Table Converter Google Workspace Add-On, or its associated Web App (collectively, the "Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions and our Privacy Policy. The Service provides functionality within Google Docs, Google Sheets, Google Slides, and Google Forms. If you disagree with any part of the terms, you may not access the Service.

Before continuing to use the website or Service, review our Privacy Policy.

Text To Table Converter is operated by Codoha Ltd., referred to as "we," "our," or "us" in these Terms.

1.1 Geographic Restriction

Text To Table Converter is not available to users located in the European Economic Area (EEA), Switzerland, the United Kingdom, and Russia. By accessing or using the Service, you represent and warrant that you are not located in these regions. If you are located in any restricted region, you are prohibited from using the Service.

2. Description of Service

Text To Table Converter provides tools to manipulate, generate, and process user content. This includes the Google Workspace Add-on (for Google Docs, Sheets, Slides, and Forms) and a standalone web-based tools suite. The tools suite includes text tools (text-to-table conversion, case conversion, AI writing, grammar correction, translation, summarization), PDF tools (merge, split, compress, protect, e-sign, page extraction), image tools (compression, format conversion, cropping), file utilities, social media content generation, and AI-powered tools for educators (quiz maker, vocabulary generator, language tools). Files you upload for processing (PDFs, images, spreadsheets) are processed locally in your browser and are not transmitted to or stored on Codoha's servers. AI-powered features connect to external AI services as described in the Privacy Policy.

3. Subscriptions, Payments, and Refunds

3.1 Plans and Features

The Service is offered through plan tiers, including Free, Pro, and Team (Domain).

Free: no paid subscription; includes core features plus limited premium-feature and AI usage.
Pro: paid individual subscription with unlimited premium-feature usage and unlimited AI usage, subject to fair-use throttling.
Team (Domain): paid domain-wide subscription for organizations, including Pro features for users covered by the domain license.

Current plan details, usage limits, and included features are shown on our pricing pages at the time of purchase. We may update plan features, usage limits, and packaging at any time.

3.2 Merchant of Record and Payment Processing

Our order process is conducted by Paddle.com Market Limited ("Paddle"). Paddle is the Merchant of Record for all orders. Payment information is provided directly to Paddle and is subject to Paddle's terms and privacy policy. Paddle handles payment-related customer service and refunds. We do not collect or store payment card details.

3.3 Billing

By purchasing a paid plan, you agree to recurring subscription fees at the selected billing interval and the price shown at checkout. Subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled before renewal through Paddle's subscription management portal or by contacting support.

3.4 Refund Policy

Because the Service is digital software made available immediately after purchase, we offer a 14-day money-back guarantee for eligible first-time paid subscriptions. To request a refund, contact support@texttotableconverter.com within 14 days of your initial paid subscription purchase. Refunds are processed by Paddle.

After the 14-day period, fees are non-refundable except where required by applicable law. The guarantee applies to the initial paid subscription purchase and does not apply to renewal charges.

3.5 Price and Plan Changes

We may change plan prices, packaging, feature limits, and usage allowances. For subscription price increases affecting renewals, we will provide reasonable prior notice so you can cancel before the new price takes effect.

3.6 Trials

We may offer trial access for paid plans. If a trial requires a payment method and you do not cancel before the trial ends, your subscription will begin and charges will be billed at the rate and interval presented at checkout.

3.7 Billing Disputes and Chargebacks

If a payment dispute, chargeback, or payment reversal is initiated, we may suspend access to paid features while the dispute is pending. If the dispute is resolved in our favor and payment is restored, we may reinstate paid access. If not, we may terminate the subscription or paid feature access.

To resolve billing issues quickly, contact support@texttotableconverter.com before opening a dispute whenever possible.

4. User Conduct

You agree not to use the Service to:

Violate applicable law or regulation.
Infringe intellectual property rights.
Upload, transmit, type, paste, or process unlawful, harmful, abusive, defamatory, obscene, invasive, hateful, or otherwise objectionable content.
Harm minors.
Impersonate another person or entity.
Forge headers or manipulate identifiers.
Transmit spam or unauthorized promotional materials.
Transmit viruses or harmful code.
Interfere with the Service or connected networks.
Collect or store personal data about others without consent.
Process content for which you lack necessary rights, licenses, or permissions.
Use AI-powered features to process sensitive, confidential, or personal information.
Violate Google's Generative AI Prohibited Use Policy or other applicable third-party terms.
Use AI output for unlawful purposes or in a way that infringes others' rights.

5. Intellectual Property

The Service and its original content, features, and functionality remain the exclusive property of Codoha Ltd. and its licensors.

Users may not reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, modify, copy, create derivative works based on the Service, or attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Service.

You retain ownership of content you submit, type, paste, upload, or process through the Service. By using features that process your content, you grant Codoha Ltd. and necessary third-party services a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, host, store, reproduce, modify, and transmit your content solely to operate, provide, and improve the specific feature you use. You are solely responsible for the content you process and must ensure you have the legal right to process it using the Service.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Codoha Ltd. and its affiliates, agents, directors, employees, suppliers, and licensors are not liable for indirect, punitive, incidental, special, consequential, or exemplary damages, including loss of profits, goodwill, use, data, or other intangible losses arising from use of or inability to use the Service.

Codoha Ltd. assumes no liability for errors, inaccuracies, unauthorized access, the accuracy or reliability of AI-generated or extracted content, or damages arising from content you choose to type, paste, upload, or process.

The software is provided "AS IS", without warranty of any kind, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and noninfringement.

You acknowledge that the Service can create, edit, format, move, replace, and delete content in supported Google Workspace files. Changes may be substantial or destructive and may not be fully reversible. You are responsible for reviewing changes, maintaining backups/version history, and confirming results before use or distribution.

In no event shall Codoha Ltd.'s total liability exceed the amount paid by you, if any, for accessing or using the Service, or 10 USD, whichever is less.

7. Disclaimer

Your use of the Service is at your sole risk. The Service is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis without warranties of any kind. Codoha Ltd. disclaims warranties regarding the accuracy, reliability, or suitability of information or content generated or processed by AI features.

Codoha Ltd. relies on third-party services, including Google APIs and Google Gemini API. We cannot guarantee that third-party services will always be available, functioning, or exist in the future.

8. Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Codoha Ltd., its licensees, licensors, employees, contractors, agents, officers, and directors from claims, damages, obligations, losses, liabilities, costs, debts, and expenses arising from your use of the Service, content you process, or breach of these Terms.

9. Termination

We may terminate or suspend access to the Service immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason, including breach of these Terms, payment disputes, chargebacks, or payment reversals. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately.

10. User Support

Codoha Ltd. provides basic user support through email. We make reasonable efforts to respond in a timely manner but do not guarantee resolution of all issues.

11. Feedback and Service Improvement Communications

Codoha Ltd. may contact you by email to request feedback about your Service experience. Email addresses used for this purpose may be obtained from Google Cloud Platform service logs. We do not store email addresses on our own servers. You can opt out by contacting support@texttotableconverter.com.

12. Changes to Terms

We may modify or replace these Terms at any time. We will provide notice of significant changes. Significant changes may include changes to pricing, new features requiring additional data collection, or changes to the legal basis for processing data.

13. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of China (Taiwan), without regard to conflict of law provisions. You agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Hualien District Court, Taiwan for disputes arising from these Terms or the Service.

14. Entire Agreement

These Terms constitute the entire agreement between us regarding the Service and supersede prior agreements.

15. Severability

If any provision is held unenforceable or invalid, it will be changed and interpreted to accomplish its objectives to the greatest extent possible, and remaining provisions remain in effect.

16. Waiver

Failure to enforce any right or provision will not be considered a waiver of those rights.

17. Intellectual Property Notices

Google Docs, Google Slides, Google Sheets, Google Forms, Google Workspace, Google Drive, Google Gemini, and Google Cloud are trademarks of Google LLC. This Add-On is not endorsed by or affiliated with Google LLC.
