Batch Image to Table Conversion

Use batch mode when you want to process several images or PDF pages in one run.

What You Can Do

• Add multiple images to a queue
• Add selected pages from a PDF
• Reorder or remove items before extracting
• Preview items before processing everything
• Extract all results directly or open them in Table Editor

How to Use Batch Mode

1. Open Extensions > Text To Table Converter > Selected Image to Table.
2. In the Image to Table window, switch to Batch.
3. Add your images or choose PDF pages.
4. Review the queue and reorder or remove items if needed.
5. Choose Extract All or Open in Editor.

Note

In Google Sheets™, multiple extracted tables are usually inserted into separate sheets.

Tips

• Use batch mode for large PDF jobs.
• Add only the pages you need.
• Preview difficult images before extracting everything.
