Export All Slides to PNG/JPG
Learn how to export all slides from your Google Slides™ presentation as PNG or JPG images in a convenient zip file using the Text To Table Converter add-on.
Need to export all your Google Slides™ as images? The Text To Table Converter add-on makes it easy to download all slides from your presentation as PNG or JPG images in a single zip file.
How It Works#
- Open the Feature
In Google Slides™, open the add-on sidebar and navigate to the Document Tools section. Click Export All Slides to PNG/JPG.
Note: Use this feature in Google Slides™.
- Download Starts Automatically
The add-on will process all slides in your presentation and create a zip file containing each slide as an image. The download will start automatically in your browser.
- Extract and Use
Once downloaded, extract the zip file to access all your slides as individual image files.
Choosing Your Image Format#
You can choose whether to export slides as PNG or JPG format:
- Open Settings
Go to the add-on sidebar and click on Settings (or access it from the main menu under Extensions > Text To Table Converter > Settings).
- Select Image Format
In the settings, find the "Export All Slides" section and choose your preferred format:
- PNG - Higher quality, larger file size, supports transparency
- JPG - Smaller file size, good quality, no transparency support
- Save Your Preference
Your selection will be saved automatically. The next time you export slides, they will use your chosen format.
Tip: PNG vs JPG: - Use PNG when you need the highest quality or if your slides contain transparent elements or text that needs to be crisp. - Use JPG when file size is a concern or when sharing slides via email or messaging apps.
