Export All Slides to PNG/JPG
Export every slide of a Google Slides™ presentation as PNG or JPG images in one ZIP file. Choose the format in Settings under Slides Export Options.
Need to export all your Google Slides™ as images? The Text To Table Converter add-on downloads every slide of your presentation as a PNG or JPG image in a single ZIP file.
How It Works#
- Open the feature
In Google Slides™, use either of these:
- Sidebar home: the Export All Slides to PNG/JPG tile under Slides Quick Actions.
- Extensions menu:
Extensions>Text To Table Converter>Document Tools>Export All Slides to PNG/JPG.
Note: This feature is available in Google Slides™ only.
- Wait for the export
The add-on processes each slide and shows progress such as “Converting slide 3 of 12...”, then creates a ZIP file with one image per slide. The download starts automatically in your browser.
- Extract and use
Extract the ZIP file to get your slides as individual image files.
- After the download
Click Download again to repeat the download, or Save to Google Drive™ to keep a copy in Drive.
Choosing Your Image Format#
The image format is a setting, not an option in the export window.
- Open Settings
Click the gear icon in the sidebar, or use Extensions > Text To Table Converter > Settings.
- Select the image format
Find Slides Export Options and choose a format under Image Format for Slides Export:
- PNG (Recommended) is the default.
- JPG (Smaller file size) gives smaller files.
- Save your preference
Click Save Changes. The setting is not saved automatically. Your next export uses the chosen format.
Use Cases#
This feature is useful for:
- Creating image thumbnails of your presentation
- Sharing individual slides on social media
- Embedding slides in documents or websites
- Creating a backup of your slides as images
- Converting slides for use in other applications
