Most Sheets Mega Tools follow a simple sidebar workflow:

  1. Open Google Sheets™ and open the add-on sidebar
  2. Expand Sheets Mega Tools
  3. Choose a tab: Cell Values, Cell Formatting, or Rows & Columns
  4. Open the tool you want to use
  5. Configure the tool options
  6. Run the tool and review the result before your next action

  • Use Selection when you want the safest and most predictable scope.
  • Use Current sheet when the whole active sheet is your target.
  • Use All sheets only when you intentionally want workbook-wide processing.
  • Prefer preview-driven workflows before deleting rows, clearing values, or applying large text-case changes.
  • Use backup options before destructive actions when the tool offers them.

  1. Try Find Values in Cells first to understand the panel and results workflow.
  2. Use Text Case Transform on a small selection and review the preview.
  3. Use Find Duplicate Rows before Quick Delete Duplicate Rows when you want more control.
  4. Use workbook-wide scopes only after you are comfortable with smaller runs.
