文字轉表格工作流程

使用以下流程，決定 Text to Table 應如何開啟，以及轉換後會發生什麼。

選擇正確路徑

• 當來源文字已經很清楚、你想要最快結果時，使用 Standard Insert。
• 當你想在套用前先檢查轉換結果時，使用 Open in Table Editor。
• 當你想從貼上的文字、檔案或空白網格開始建立新表格時，使用 未選取文字時開始。

選單與側邊欄行為

• 擴充功能選單： 擴充功能 > Text To Table Converter > Selected Text to Table
• 側邊欄： Convert & Format > Selected Text To Table

Extensions 選單會依照你儲存的 Output Mode 偏好執行。側邊欄則始終直接提供兩個選項：

• 主按鈕執行 Standard Insert
• 箭頭（▼）執行 Open in Table Editor

Standard Insert

當你想用最快方式，從選取文字直接得到完成表格時，請使用 Standard Insert。

1. 選取要轉換的文字。
2. 開啟 擴充功能 > Text To Table Converter > Selected Text to Table，或按一下側邊欄 Convert & Format 區段下的主要 Selected Text To Table 按鈕。
3. 附加元件會轉換選取內容，並立即插入表格。

這個流程適合清楚的 CSV 風格文字、快速的分隔符轉換，或不需要先檢查結果的重複操作。

Open in Table Editor

當你想先檢查轉換後的表格，再決定是否套用時，請使用 Open in Table Editor。

1. 選取要轉換的文字。
2. 在側邊欄開啟 Convert & Format。
3. 按一下 Selected Text To Table 上的箭頭（▼）。
4. 選擇 Open in Table Editor。
5. 檢查轉換後的表格，必要時進行修改，然後按一下 Apply。

當來源文字很雜亂、你想修正標題或間距，或展示品質很重要時，這條流程會更適合。

未選取文字直接開始

如果你在沒有先選取文字的情況下執行 Text to Table，此功能會自動開啟 Table Editor，讓你開始建立新表格。

你可以從以下方式開始：

• 使用 From Text 貼上內容，並在編輯器中轉換
• 使用 From File 匯入 .csv、.tsv、.txt 或 .xlsx
• 使用 Empty Table 從空白網格開始
