• Shorten： 重寫現有文字，透過刪除冗詞與重新組織句子讓內容更精簡，同時保留原意。

當您需要快速掌握一大段文字的核心訊息時，請使用此功能。

1. 選取文字

反白您要摘要的段落或區塊。

Emily enjoys the quiet moments of her morning, holding a warm latte just the way she likes it. Smooth espresso, creamy oat milk, and a touch of cinnamon make each sip perfect. She loves how the oat milk adds a gentle sweetness that balances the coffee.

2. 選擇 Summarize

可使用以下任一方式：

• 側邊欄：Selection Enhancements > Summarize
• 選單：Extensions > Text To Table Converter > Selection Conversions > Summarize

3. 檢查摘要結果

精簡的摘要會插入在原始文字下方。

縮短文字

使用此功能可讓您的文字更直接、清楚，並減少冗長表達。

1. 選取文字

反白您想讓它更精簡的句子。

2. 選擇 Shorten

可使用以下任一方式：

• 側邊欄：Selection Enhancements > Shorten
• 選單：Extensions > Text To Table Converter > Selection Conversions > Shorten

3. 檢查縮短後的文字

重新改寫且更精簡的版本會插入在原始文字下方。

搭配表格使用

Summarize 和 Shorten 也可以套用到表格中的文字。附加元件會處理每個儲存格中的文字，並在原始表格下方產生包含修改後內容的新表格，同時保留表格結構。
