C2 Find duplicate rows across selected sheets

Compare multiple sheets to find rows that match across tabs, then review and act on the results from one place.

Use Find duplicate rows across selected sheets to spot repeated data across tabs before consolidating or cleaning.

How it works

  1. Open the tool

Extensions → Text To Table Converter → Mega Tools → Find duplicate rows across selected sheets.

  1. Pick sheets and columns
  2. Choose two or more sheets to compare
  3. Select the columns that define a duplicate (e.g., Email, User ID)
  1. Run comparison

Click Find duplicates to scan the selected sheets and list matches.

  1. Review results

The results table shows sheet names, row numbers, and matched keys. Use checkboxes to pick rows to act on.

  1. Apply actions
  2. Highlight duplicates in their source sheets
  3. Copy matches to the clipboard or a new sheet
  4. Delete or archive duplicates (if enabled in your build)

Tip: If you have very large sheets, start with narrower column sets (like a unique ID) to improve performance.
