What is the Kanban Board?

This free online Kanban board gives you three classic columns — To Do, Doing, and Done — so you can see all your work at a glance and move tasks forward as you make progress. Drag cards between columns (or use the arrow buttons), reorder them within a column, and set a priority on each card. Everything runs in your browser with no sign-up required.

Your board is saved automatically on your device, and when you sign in it syncs to your account so the same board follows you across browsers and devices. When you want to share a snapshot, export the whole board as a Markdown checklist grouped by column — ready to paste into GitHub, Notion, Obsidian, or a status email.

How to Use the Kanban Board

1. Type a task into the "Add a card" box at the bottom of any column and press Enter.
2. Drag cards between columns by the handle as work progresses, or use the arrow buttons on each card.
3. Click the colored dot to cycle a card’s priority between low, medium, and high.
4. Click a card’s text to edit it in place; use the × button to delete a card.
5. Use Copy Markdown or Download .md to export the whole board grouped by column, and Clear done to empty the Done column.

Your board is stored locally in your browser and only sent to our server to sync to your account when you are signed in. Adding, editing, and exporting cards happens entirely on your device.
