Format Selected Table
The Format Selected Table feature lets you apply a predefined table style to one or more selected tables in Google Docs™, Google Slides™, and Google Sheets™. You can also customize the style and preview changes in real time.
Steps to Format Selected Table
- Select the table(s)
- Open the Format Selected Table tool
- Click Extensions in the Google Docs™, Google Slides™, or Google Sheets™ menu.
- Select Text To Table Converter.
- Click 🚀 Format Selected Table.
A window with a live preview of your table will appear, allowing you to customize various settings, including:
- Background Color
- Text Color
- Text Alignment
- Border Color & Size
Once you click Apply, the selected table(s) will be formatted with the chosen style.
