Format Table

The Format Selected Table feature lets you apply a predefined table style to one or more selected tables in Google Docs™, Google Slides™, and Google Sheets™. You can also customize the style and preview changes in real time.

Steps to Format Selected Table

  1. Select the table(s)
  2. Table selected in Google Docs™

  3. Open the Format Selected Table tool
    1. Click Extensions in the Google Docs™, Google Slides™, or Google Sheets™ menu.
    2. Select Text To Table Converter.
    3. Click 🚀 Format Selected Table.

A window with a live preview of your table will appear, allowing you to customize various settings, including:

  • Background Color
  • Text Color
  • Text Alignment
  • Border Color & Size

Once you click Apply, the selected table(s) will be formatted with the chosen style.
