How to Add a QR Code in Google Sheets™

  1. Open your Google Sheets™ file.
  2. Go to Extensions > Text To Table Converter > Open Sidebar.
  3. In the sidebar, open QR Code.
  4. Paste the URL you want to connect to the sheet.
  5. Click Insert QR Code.
  6. Position the QR code where it will remain visible when printed.

Tip: For printed sheets, keep the QR code at a reasonable size and avoid stretching it too small.
