Depending on the data and context, we may process Personal Data because:

6. Transfer of Data

Your information may be transferred to and maintained on computers outside your jurisdiction. If you provide information to us, you agree to that transfer. We take reasonable steps to ensure data is treated securely and in accordance with this Privacy Policy.

7. Disclosure of Data

  • Prevent or investigate possible wrongdoing.
  • Protect user or public safety.
  • Protect against legal liability.

7.2 Service Providers

We may use third-party providers to facilitate the Service. They have access to Personal Data only to perform tasks on our behalf and are obligated not to disclose or use it for other purposes.

For AI-powered features, support, and payments, we use:

  • OpenRouter: AI routing provider used to route requests to AI models including Google Gemini.

Contact support@texttotableconverter.com to exercise these rights.

9. Children's Privacy

The Service is not directed to anyone under 18. We do not knowingly collect personally identifiable information from anyone under 18. If we learn that we have collected Personal Data from a child without parental consent, we take steps to remove that information.

10. Google Services and Google User Data

Text To Table Converter integrates with Google services, including:

  • Google Docs API
  • Google Slides API
  • Google Sheets API
  • Google Drive API
  • Google Generative Language API
  • Google Apps Script

Use of the Service is also subject to applicable Google policies, including Google's Privacy Policy, Google API Services User Data Policy, Google APIs Terms of Service, Gemini API Additional Terms, Google Drive Terms, Google Cloud Terms, Google Workspace Terms, and Google's Generative AI Prohibited Use Policy.

Codoha Ltd.'s use and transfer of information received from Google APIs complies with the Google API Services User Data Policy, including Limited Use requirements.

The Application does not store or retain user data beyond what is necessary for immediate functionality. Data processed during use is handled transiently during the active session and is not permanently saved by the Application or our servers after processing is complete. Email addresses accessible through Google Cloud service logs may be used only for feedback and service improvement communications as described above.

10.4 Google Apps Script and Data Handling

Text To Table Converter uses Google Apps Script to automate data handling within your Google Workspace environment. This includes interacting with the documents, sheets, slides, forms, or Drive files that you actively use with the Add-on.

  • Text To Table Converter runs encapsulated within Google services.
  • Your document data is not accessed, viewed, or stored by our own servers.
  • Processing primarily occurs within Google Workspace and Google Cloud Platform infrastructure.
  • AI requests are routed through OpenRouter as described in Section 7.2.

10.5 Permissions

During installation, Text To Table Converter asks for permissions needed to provide the Service. The permissions may include access to supported Google Workspace host apps, specific Drive files you choose to use with the app, the ability to display sidebars and prompts, connect to external services for AI features, and access basic Google Account information.

These permissions are used only for user-initiated actions within the Add-on interface, such as converting content, editing documents, extracting PDF content, running AI tools, or showing the Add-on sidebar. Broadly worded Google permission descriptions do not mean that we access, modify, or delete unrelated files in the background.

10.6 AI Interactions and Consent

AI-powered features connect to AI models including Google Gemini, routed through OpenRouter. Do not enter or process sensitive, confidential, or personal information with AI interactions, including social security numbers, financial account information, medical records, login credentials, or regulated personal information.

The Add-on provides AI permission settings:

  • Allow: AI-powered features are enabled.
  • Ask: The Add-on prompts for permission before each AI interaction.
  • Deny: AI interactions and related features are blocked.

Your data is processed by an AI service only when you actively use a feature that requires it.

11. Your Control Over Third-Party Data Access

You can manage or revoke Google permissions at https://security.google.com/settings/security/permissions. We recommend reviewing these settings periodically.

12. Intellectual Property Notices

Google Docs, Google Slides, Google Sheets, Google Gemini, Google Cloud, and Google Workspace are trademarks of Google LLC. This Add-on is not endorsed by or affiliated with Google LLC.

13. Changes to This Privacy Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will post the new Privacy Policy on this page and update the Last updated and Effective Date above. Changes are effective when posted.
