1. 14-Day Money-Back Guarantee#

We offer a 14-day money-back guarantee on your first paid Pro or Team subscription purchase of the Text To Table Converter Google Workspace™ Add-On. Renewal charges are not covered by the guarantee.

2. How to Request a Refund#

To request a refund, email us at support@texttotableconverter.com within 14 days of your initial paid subscription purchase and include:

• Your Paddle order ID (from your purchase receipt)
• The email address used at checkout
• A brief reason for the request (optional, but helpful)

3. Refund Processing#

All payments are processed by Paddle, our payment processor. Refunds are processed by Paddle to your original payment method.

4. After 14 Days#

Fees are non-refundable after the 14-day period, except where required by applicable law.

5. EU, UK, and Swiss Consumers#

If you are a consumer in the EU/EEA, the United Kingdom, or Switzerland, you keep your statutory right of withdrawal as described in our Terms of Service. It does not affect the 14-day money-back guarantee above.

6. Billing Disputes and Chargebacks#

Please contact us before opening a payment dispute or chargeback. Access to paid features may be suspended while a dispute is pending, as described in our Terms of Service.
