Frequently asked questions
What file types can I extract from?
PDFs and images, from Google Drive or uploaded directly. Scanned documents and photos work too: the AI performs OCR rather than relying on a text layer in the file.
Does it extract individual line items?
Yes. The Invoice preset extracts Invoice #, Date, Due Date, Vendor, Bill To, Description, Subtotal, Tax, and Total. Turn on "Multiple rows per document" and each line item gets its own row, and you can add columns such as Quantity or Unit price.
Can I correct the result?
Extracted data is inserted as normal, editable spreadsheet content in your Google Sheet, so nothing is locked or proprietary. Check the rows, fix anything the scan got wrong, and carry on.
How much does it cost?

Where does my invoice data go?
